The Timeline

• Ceremony Start: 3:00pm

• Reception Ends: 11:00 PM

Please arrive at Q Station by no later than 2:30pm to allow time to be transported to the ceremony location and get settled before we say “I do.”

What to Wear

Our dress code is formal—think suits, ties, elegant dresses, and a polished look to suit the occasion. We’d love for everyone to embrace the chance to dress up and help make the day feel truly special.

We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, cream, or anything too similar, as those colours are reserved for the bride.

We’d love to soak up as much time with you as possible, so we’re planning a few extra moments across the weekend!

The night before the wedding:

Join us for a casual dinner at the Pizza Deck at Q Station—think good food, drinks, and laid-back vibes to kick things off.

The morning after the big day:

We’ll be hosting a farewell breakfast at Q Station wharf. Come grab a coffee, enjoy a bite to eat, and a chance to relive the fun (and chaos!) from the night before. Everyone’s welcome—more details to come!
