The Timeline

• Date: Saturday, 4 October 2025

• Ceremony Start: 3:00pm sharp.

• Reception Ends: 11:00 PM

Please arrive at Q Station by 2:15pm to allow plenty of time to be transported to the wharf for the ceremony and get settled before we say “I do.”

After the ceremony, we’ll move into drinks, games, dinner, speeches, dancing, and a late-night snack before farewelling everyone around 11 PM.

Extra Celebrations

We’d love to spend as much time with you as possible, so we’ve planned a few extra celebrations around the big day:

Friday 3 October | 6:00 PM–8:00 PM

The night before the wedding, join us for a casual dinner at the Boilerhouse Restaurant, Q Station—think good food, drinks, and laid-back vibes to kick things off.

Please RSVP via text by Tuesday night so we can confirm numbers.

Sunday 5 October | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

The morning after the big day we’ll be hosting a farewell brunch at Q Station wharf. Come grab a coffee, enjoy a bite to eat, and a chance to relive the fun (and chaos!) from the night before. Everyone’s welcome!

For those staying at Q Station:
• A key drop box will be available at the brunch location for easy checkout.
• We’ll have space to store your bags while you enjoy the morning.

What to Wear

Our dress code is formal—think suits, ties, elegant dresses, and a polished look to suit the occasion. We’d love for everyone to embrace the chance to dress up and help make the day feel truly special.

We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, cream, or anything too similar, as those colours are reserved for the bride.

Gifts

We’re so excited to celebrate with you, and truly, your presence is the greatest gift.
If you’d like to give something, we’ll have a wishing well at the wedding for contributions to help us begin our next chapter.
